via PayPal. Or cheques made payable to J D MODELS and we will also
accept postal orders.

We are not a V.A.T. registered business.
Upon placing an order it is accepted that you have
read and agree to the terms and conditions.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS:
No more than 4 items to be placed on one order. If you wish to purchase more than 4 items you will need to break the order down to contain no more than 4 items per order.
DELIVERY
& POSTAL CHARGES-
Your
order will be sent via Royal Mail, displayed cost to include packaging.
Some
models will cost more for postage as
they are larger and heavier,

We
will inform you via e-mail when your order has been received and when it has been dispatched.
Whilst
Royal Mail state they will deliver within
3-5 working days please allow up to 10
working days for delivery to allow for unseen circumstances.
RETURNS-
Your
order can be cancelled within 7 days of
your order receipt. However if your order has been dispatched we will not refund any postage costs, but a full refund will be given to the value of the ordered item, once it has been returned undamaged.
Upon receipt of your order you have 7 days within which you can return the item if you are dissatisfied either an exchange or refund to the value of the item will be given. You must notify us upon receipt of the goods that you are dissatisfied and the reason why. Please return the goods with a copy of the receipt and stating the reason for returning the item.
Any returned items should be sent back in the same condition and with the same packaging as they were received in order for us to refund any money owed. Failure to follow this request will lead to only partial or no refund entitlement.
